Your data, your call
Request a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.
What we may hold about you
- Assessment answers and computed scores (linked to your email only if you unlocked the report).
- Your email address and any report-request metadata, if you asked for the PDF.
- Records of emails we sent you (open/click logs, transactional deliveries).
- Team-session records (name, lead email, member emails) if you ran or joined a team round.
All of this lives in our EU-region database (Supabase, Ireland). See the privacy notice for the full picture.
How this works
- You submit your email and pick export or delete below.
- We email you a confirmation link (valid 24 hours). This proves you control the inbox. No one can act on your data without that step.
- You click the link and confirm. We process the request immediately and notify you.
For deletion, your assessment scores are anonymized (email and any device identifiers stripped) so cohort benchmarks survive. Your individual record can no longer be traced back to you. Email, report-request, email-log, and any team sessions you led are deleted outright.
